Lida has the unique ability to balance keen litigation skills with intelligent transactional negotiations for navigating success for her clients across comprehensive property-related challenges. She has assisted individuals in vacating fraudulent deeds and quiet title actions for residential properties in Philadelphia, as well as representing individuals, planned communities and associations in all five surrounding counties.

From estate and corporate disputes, to foreclosures, breach of fiduciary duty, and business contracts, Lida’s robust background in law, real estate and business provides clients with a trifecta for achieving the results they desire. Her professional credentials also include financial expertise, having served as a CFO for the KLM Group.
