PAX Legal, LLC co-founder, Neil Hilkert finds himself wearing three hats on most days: seasoned attorney, licensed real estate agent, and spirited entrepreneur. He relishes all three as he strategizes and navigates clients’ most challenging and intricate property-related issues, a passion that drives his achievement.

From a broad portfolio of non-litigation condominium, community, commercial and residential legal success stories, to an ardent knowledge and application of construction defect liability, credentialed mediation, extensive litigation experience, and as a business owner, Neil embodies all things business and particularly real estate. Neil shares that intelligence and fervor with clients to help them solve problems and achieve their goals.

A veteran attorney licensed in PA and NJ and respected for both his legal and business acumen, Neil is an authority and distinguished instructor of continuing education at the National Business Institute and other esteemed organizations.  At the end of the day, Neil cares most about two things: achieving a client’s desired outcomes and getting there with integrity.

When he’s not piloting real estate legal solutions or innovating more efficient client services, Neil and his wife, Phyllis enjoy fitness, working and taking in nature in the great outdoors on 300 acres in central PA.
